The filtered water is good, the Aquasana customer service not so….

Aquasana allows customers to order replacement parts online, on a Friday, and specify overnight delivery. I ordered parts last Friday.

However, the parts were not delivered until Monday.

Apparently, the programming logic for the online transaction does not prevent the customer from paying for overnight delivery on an order that s/he places on a Friday.

When I finally reached a Customer Service representative on Monday, I was told that Aquasana would not refund the overnight shipping charge.

Foul!
